Titled Maître-Restaurateur in 2014, Chef Thierry Bouyoud and his team focus on home-made as well as local products: suppliers are selected for their passion, know-how and quality of their products (including the Rieffel farm for fruit and vegetables, the munster comes from Orbey, the honey from the Oberhaslach forests, etc.).
